📩 Submitting a Return Request
All return requests must be submitted via email to:

- Requests must be submitted within five (5) days from the delivery date.
- No return requests will be accepted after this period.
📦 Return Conditions
- The item must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged by the customer.
- It must be securely repacked in the same way it was received to avoid damage during transit.
- If the item is defective or damaged upon delivery, Handcraft Berber will cover the full return shipping cost.
- For all other return reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item ordered), the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
- Return shipments must be door-to-door; any returns held in Moroccan customs due to unpaid taxes will not be considered returned.
🕒 Return Timeline
- Once your return request is approved, you must ship the product back within 15 days of delivery.
- If the item is not shipped within this timeframe, the request will be canceled.
✅ Inspection & Refund
- All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival.
- If the item is in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days of receiving the item. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
❌ Non-Returnable Situations
- Items that are used, damaged, or modified in any way.
- Custom or made-to-order products.
- Orders that are refused or undeliverable after multiple delivery attempts. In such cases, no refund will be issued, even if the package is returned to us.
- Uncoordinated returns will not be accepted or processed.

- We take photos of all products before shipping.
- In case of complaints or visible damage, we recommend capturing a video during unboxing as proof.
- All return claims are subject to review by our team. Their decision to approve or reject the return is final.
